Regarding core operating modes, these buffer transfer units typically support the following three operational logics, controlled via built-in PLC programming: First-In, First-Out (FIFO): During normal production, circuit boards are discharged in the order they arrived, ensuring continuity and consistency in in-line processing times. Last-In, First-Out (LIFO/FILO): When downstream processes are temporarily blocked or special process adjustments are required, the most recently arrived board is temporarily stored at the outermost or topmost position, facilitating quick release or priority manual inspection. Straight-Through / By-pass Mode: When the production line does not require material buffering or process balancing, the equipment can switch to functioning as a standard single-layer belt or roller conveyor, allowing materials to pass directly through.
