Cleaning Principle
The ultrasonic transducer (vibration head) emits high-frequency ultrasonic waves, producing 28,000 vibrations per second (28 kHz head) or 40,000 vibrations per second (40 kHz head). With the liquid as the medium, a “cavitation effect” takes place: driven by the ultrasonic waves, the liquid vibrates violently, and when the liquid pressure changes, countless tiny vacuum bubbles (“cavities”) are generated. When these bubbles burst instantly, the surrounding liquid produces a strong shock wave, creating instantaneous high pressure of up to 1,000 atmospheres. In the continuous burst-and-regenerate process, countless micro-impacts act on the surface of the object being cleaned, so the oil and dirt adhering to the surface, in recesses or hidden in corners are quickly stripped away — thorough cleaning is achieved without damaging the workpiece surface.
